He can be opened and latched closed to easily latch onto backpacks, briefcases, laptops, purses, belt loops, handlebars, etc. You can also latch anything with a handle to a bar stool, chair, table, cycle, shopping cart, etc. When open, Smart Hooks can be used as hangers.
